Ford and Tesla have announced a partnership that will grant Ford electric vehicle (EV) owners access to Tesla’s Supercharger network. Starting next year, Ford EV owners in the United States will be able to use the Ford mobile app to utilize Tesla’s fast-charging stations, which currently number over 12,000. Ford’s next-generation EVs will also feature Tesla-style charging ports instead of the commonly used CCS chargers. By collaborating, the companies aim to enhance the charging infrastructure for EVs and prioritize customer experiences.
