Cyber Switching Unveils Robust Suite of Submetering Solutions for Optimizing Building Energy Performance

SAN JOSE, Calif., January 15, 2015 /PR Newswire/ -- Cyber Switching has rolled out a feature-rich offering of smart submetering solutions at multiple price points to provide building owners a range of options in establishing effective energy management programs. The solutions provide a future-proof technology platform that can expand over time to provide new functionality on the customer’s timetable. Products include the company’s new third-generation CS-400 smart submeter, its UL2808-listed split core CTs, and user-friendly Energy Management Console (EMC) software.

Cyber Switching’s new CS-400 Smart Submeter is third-generation technology, consisting of a compact module, easily installable inside electrical cabinets. With a single RJ45 connection outside the panel, no external high voltage or conduit is needed so installation is streamlined. The company’s new CT coil carries the coveted UL2808 rating, and provides reliable current monitoring for applications of all sizes. EMC software is available in two options, pre-loaded on the Cyber Switching ePower Gateway for small to medium-sized applications, or the enterprise version, capable of managing up to 500 modes for larger applications.
